Cerritos College Volleyball (2023): Played in 17 sets and saw action in 40 sets… Recorded 26 kills, along with 14 digs and 11 service aces… Had a season-high six kills against Los Angeles Harbor College and posted five against Santa Ana College… Turned in a season-high four digs against Cal Lutheran JV and posted a season-high six service aces against Mt. San Antonio College…..

Cerritos College Volleyball (2022): Appeared in all 21 matches and played in 68 sets… Was fourth on the team with 99 kills, while also adding 24 service aces and 12 total blocks… Posted at least three kills in 18 matches, with a season-high five kills against both West Los Angeles College and Long Beach City College… Recorded a season-high five service aces against Los Angeles Pierce College and had a season-high three total blocks against East Los Angeles College…..

Artesia HS: Played for Volitude Club team… As a senior, she was named 3rd Team All-CIF, all-league and was a Distinguished Student-Athlete nominee… Received a Most Outstanding High School Career award and was also a Scholar-Athlete… Spent four seasons on the volleyball team and two years with the basketball team…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when her team made the CIF Wild Card Playoffs and when she had seven kills against Whitney High… Would like to transfer to Cal State Fullerton, UC Riverside, Cal State Long Beach or UC San Diego… Her brother Andre (15) is on the baseball team at Gahr High… Hobbies include reading, napping, playing sports and arts & crafts… Also has a sister – Shyanne (24)… Nicknamed “Ki”… Is the daughter of Fidel Maldonado and Jilai Nelson… Born on August 5, 2004…..
