    If there was any concern about the health or accuracy of his passes after the first weekend, Cerritos College sophomore quarterback Morgan Fennell (Long Beach Poly HS) silenced all of that talk. On the first play from scrimmage against Fullerton College on Saturday afternoon, Fennell threw a perfect 75-yard touchdown pass to freshman wide receiver Ricky Carrigan, Jr. (Cabrillo HS), which was followed by three more touchdown strikes, as the Falcons (1-1) handed the host Hornets a 46-30 setback at Fullerton Union High School.
