Starting his second season as a member of the coaching staff, De’Jreon Patterson will serve as the cornerbacks coach. Patterson has served as an assistant coach at both Locke High and Cathedral High. As a prep football player, Patterson was a 1st Team all-league selection at Lynwood High before transferring to Pasadena City College. He then earned a scholarship to play at Texas Southern University.

Patterson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts with a minor in Restaurant Business from Texas Southern University in 2002.

Patterson, 38, resides in Los Angeles and has six children, De’Jreon, Tay’Jreon, Tayonna, Khylee, Davugh and Tyler.
