Cerritos College Men’s Basketball (2014-15): Played in 27 games and made five starts… Averaged 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds a game… Converted 84.4% (38-of-45) of his free throws… Scored a season-high 14 points against El Camino College and had 11 points against Pasadena City College… Pulled down a season-high 10 rebounds against College of the Desert and had six boards in three other games…..

Santa Fe HS: Named the Del Rio League Most Valuable Player as a senior… Also selected the MVP of the Sargents All-Star Game… Garnered 1st Team all-league honors as a junior and was a 2nd Team pick his sophomore season… Spent four years on the basketball and volleyball teams… Led the volleyball team to four straight league titles… Named the league’s MVP as a senior and was a three-time 1st Team selection…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he had 31 points and eight rebounds against California High and when he hit a game-winning three-pointer against a team from Australia… Would like to transfer to Cal State East Bay… Aspires to be a registered nurse… Hobbies include watching Netflix and hanging out with friends… Nicknamed “Man Dime”… Has four siblings – Adrian (32), Nasario (30), Chris (27) and Ernesto (25)… Is the son of Oliverio Perez and Rebeca Ruiz… Born in Lynwood, CA on May 16, 1996…..
