Cerritos College Men’s Water Polo (2018): Named All-South Coast Conference Honorable Mention… Voted the team’s Most Improved Player… Played in all 28 games and finished with 14 goals, 13 assists and 42 steals… Scored a season-high three goals against Southwestern College and posted a season-high four steals in four separate matches, including the conference semifinals against Mt. San Antonio College…..

Golden West College: Attended the school, but did not play water polo…..

Kennedy HS: As a senior, he was named his school’s Athlete of the Year, as well as the Empire League Athlete of the Year… Won the CIF championship in the 100-yard butterfly… Spent four seasons on the water polo and swimming teams, as well as one season with the soccer team… While on the swimming team, he specialized in the 100-yard freestyle (47.63), 100-yard butterfly (50.40) and 100-yard backstroke (54.31)…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he won the CIF championship in the 100-yard butterfly… Aspires to be a detective… Hobbies include fly fishing… Has two siblings – Bertha (24) and Eduardo (17)… Is the son of Rodrigo and Bertha Baca… Born in Lynwood, CA on November 19, 1997…..
