Facing an undermanned Mt. San Antonio College team, the Cerritos College men's tennis recorded a convincing 6-0 South Coast Conference win on Tuesday. The #2-ranked Falcons (22-1, 4-0) will host El Camino College on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in a pair of matches. They are playing twice to make up for a rainout that took place on March 21.

Resting their starters, Cerritos still swept three of the four singles matches and won both doubles pairings with ease. The only sophomore in the lineup on the day, Henry Ayesiga (Malezi School, Kenya), breezed in his #1 singles match, 6-0, 6-0, while he teamed with freshman Biel Roca Carreras (Iguolada, Spain) for an 8-1 doubles victory, Roca Carreras was the only Falcon to get extended to a tie-breaker set in singles, where he came back to defeat Brandon Narvaez, 4-6, 6-2, 10-5.

Freshmen Kwang-Eun Lee (Sunny Hills HS) and Mukhammadjon Sanaev (Tashkent International School, Uzbekistan) earned an 8-2 doubles win, while Lee dropped just four games in singles action. Sanaev bested that by surrendering only two games in his 6-1, 6-1 victory.
