Artesia HS: Was a four-sport athlete in high school… Spent one year on the cross country and track and field teams, along with two seasons on the tennis team and four years on the soccer team… Recorded a personal best time of 17:45 on the cross country team as a senior… Competed in the one-mile (5:08) and two-mile (11:15) on the track team… Voted the soccer team’s most improved player as a junior…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he recorded his personal best cross country time at the Arcadia Invitational… Would like to transfer to Cal State Long Beach and aspires to be an engineer… Hobbies include hanging out with his friends…  Has one brother – Armando (12)… Is the son of Jorge and Maria Ayala… Born in Albuquerque, NM on January 17, 1995…..
