Cerritos College Track & Field (2016): Placed seventh in the 400 meters (49.86) at the South Coast Conference Championships… Also competed in the 200 meters (22.90) and 800 meters (2:00.37)…..

Gahr HS: Specialized in the 200 meters (22.1) and 400 meters (48.6)… Voted the team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and was a two-time All-San Gabriel Valley League selection… Was a member of the track and field and basketball teams…..

Personal: Would like to transfer to Cal State Long Beach… Aspires to be a physical therapist… His father played football in high school, while his brothers played football and track and his sister was on the track and basketball teams… Has three siblings – Jamal, Keyra and Rashad… Is the son of Raymond and Karen Long… Born in Beverly Hills, CA on August 27, 1997…..
