Downey HS: Qualified for the CIF Prelims as a senior and junior… Posted a personal best time of 16:26.7 over a three-mile course his senior season… While on the track and field team, he helped them to three consecutive San Gabriel Valley League championships… Reached the league championships in the 800 meters (54.0) as a sophomore… Also competed in the 1600 meters (2:05.10)… Spent four seasons on the cross country and track and field teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he posted his personal best time in cross country at the Apache Invitational… Would like to transfer to either Cal State Fullerton or Cal State Long Beach… Aspires to be a physical therapist… Hobbies include playing video games… Has a cousin who is on the cross country and track and field teams at Downey High… Has four siblings – Albes (24), Roman (13), Luke (6) and Noah (5)… Is the son of Albes and Trinia Sanson… Born in Bellflower, CA on September 21, 2000…..
