Hemet HS: Won the Mountain Pass League championship at 145 pounds as a senior and placed fourth at the CIF Championships… Posted a 43-8 record… Also won the Riverside County Tournament and Blackhawk Tournament, while he came in third place at the MLK Tournament… Captured the league title at 152 pounds his junior season and was 30-15… Spent four years on the wrestling team and two on the football team…..
