Citrus Hill HS: Was a two-time state qualifier at 126 pounds… Posted a 46-12 record as a senior and placed sixth at the Masters Meet after winning the CIF championship and Mountain Pass League championship… Won the Riverside County Tournament championship… Came in ninth place at the Master Meet and was the CIF runner-up and league champion his junior season… Went 47-13, while his team placed second at the CIF Championships… Finished in second place at the league championships as a sophomore and was named All-CIF, as well as his team’s Sophomore of the Year… Spent four years on the wrestling team…..
