Cerritos College Water Polo (2015): Named 2nd Team All-South Coast Conference… Played in 25 games and was second on the team with 30 goals, while leading the team with 23 assists… Also added 21 steals…..

Cerritos College Swimming (2016): Competed in the 50-yard freestyle (32.89), 50-yard breaststroke (45.16), 50-yard butterfly (37.69), 50-yard backstroke (41.21) and 100-yard IM (1:23.40) during the season…..

Schurr HS: Spent four years on the water polo team and three seasons with the swimming team… While on the water polo team, she was named 2nd Team All-CIF as a senior, sophomore and freshman, while she was voted the team’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman… Recorded 38 goals her senior year and 32 as a junior and earned her team’s Performer of the Year both seasons… Named Honorable Mention Whittier Daily News her sophomore season… Specialized in the 200-yard freestyle and 500-yard freestyle…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she scored the tying goal in a game against rival Paramount High… Aspires to be a music professor… Comes from a family that all played basketball at Montebello High… Hobbies include playing the piano… Nicknamed “Kayla”… Has three siblings – Raymond (22), Max (17) and Nicko (8)… Is the daughter of Ray and Mayra Padilla… Born in Los Angeles, CA on February 20, 1997…..
