Montebello HS: Voted her cross country team’s Most Valuable Player three years in a row and qualified for the CIF Prelims four years in a row… Posted a personal best time of 19:01 as a senior… Helped the team win the Almont League championship… While on the track and field team, she specialized in the 400 meters (1:01.0) and qualified for the CIF Prelims… Won the league championship in the 400 meters as a sophomore and freshman…. Also competed in the 200 meters (26.0)… Was also a member of the soccer team and named the team’s Most Improved Player as a junior… Spent four years on the cross country, track and field and soccer teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she set her personal best time in cross country at the Bell Gardens Invitational… Would like to transfer to UC Irvine… Her sister Ruby ran was a member of the cross country and track and field teams at Rio Hondo College… Hobbies include eating… Has another sibling – Kattie (22)… Is the daughter of Lilian Salas… Born in on January 17, 1998…..
