Cerritos College Men’s Track & Field (2019): Competed in the 1500 meters (4:30.39) and 5000 meters (17:05.29) during the season…..

Cerritos College Men’s Cross Country (2018): Took 141st place at the CCCAA State Championships with a time of 22:53.7, while his time of 23:16.7 put him in 163rd place at the Southern California Championships… Garnered a 44th place finish at the SoCal Preview Meet with a time of 21:134.0, and posted a time of 22:40.1 at the Fresno Invitational to come in 46th place… Posted an 82nd place time of 28:00.7 at the Mark Covert Invitational…..

Cerritos HS: Received the Golden Don three seasons in a row…Voted into the school’s Hall of Fame… Helped the team win the ABC District championship two years in a row and a Suburban League title… Was a three-time 2nd Team All-Suburban League selection and qualified for the CIF Prelims in track and field as a senior and junior… While on the track and field team, he specialized in the 800 meters (2:14), 1600 meters (4:43) and 3200 meters (10:17)… Posted a personal best time of 16:07 over a three-mile course in cross country… Spent three seasons on both teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moments where when he turned in his cross country personal record at the Bell Gardens Invitational and his best times in track and field… Would like to transfer to UC Davis and aspires to work in a pharmacy lab… His brother Anuj (20) was a member of the track and field and cross country teams at Whitney High… Hobbies include playing video games and singing… Nicknamed “Raj”… Is the son of Shalini and Dharmendra Patel… Born in Los Alamitos, CA on September 20, 2000…..
