It's still early in the season, but the Cerritos College volleyball team has already matched their win total from last year. On Wednesday night, the Falcons (2-1) posted a four-set win over host West Los Angeles College, 25-22, 25-17, 23-25, 25-15. They will look for their third win in a row next Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. when they host San Bernardino Valley College.

Cerritos also recorded 13 service aces to aid them in their win, with sophomore Jody Suski (Cerritos HS) posting five on the night. She also contributed nine kills, along with a team-high nine digs.

Freshman setter Mirka Granoble (Downey HS) guided the offense with 35 assists, while she was also a threat at the net with four kills, with sophomore Nadia Arreaga (L.A.C.E.S. HS) providing another option on offense with seven kills.
