In his second season as a member of the coaching staff, Ramon Rivas has coached at multiple levels. Including his time on the Falcons coaching staff, Rivas will also serve as an assistant coach on the Cal State Los Angeles staff and is also the Regional Director for the SoCal Elite FC.

His high school coaching credentials include two seasons as the head coach at San Gabriel High, five years as the junior varsity coach at Bell Gardens High and has also been the head coach for A.S. Los Angeles of the National Professional Soccer League.

Rivas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Cal State Los Angeles and is currently working on his Master’s degree.

Rivas, 31 is single and resides in Los Angeles.
