Cerritos College Men’s Swimming (2020): Maintained his year of eligibility when the season was cancelled due to Covid-19… Competed in the 50-yard freestyle (26.17), 50-yard breaststroke (34.75) and 100-yard freestyle (56.39)…..

Cerritos College Men’s Water Polo (2021): Appeared in 24 games and posted nine starts… Recorded eight goals, with 18 assists and 13 steals… Best game of the season was when he had three goals, four assists and three steals against Chaffey College… Also had three assists against Sierra College and finished with two against Long Beach City and Saddleback College… Recorded a pair of steals against San Diego Mesa College and Rio Hondo College…..

Cerritos College Men’s Water Polo (2019): Played in 29 games and made six starts… Finished the season with 12 goals, 22 assists and 20 steals… Turned in a season-high three goals against Modesto College and recorded a season-high six assists and three steals against Rio Hondo College… Had four steals against El Camino College and had three thefts against Long Beach City College and Chaffey College…..

Buena Park HS: Named 1st Team All-Freeway League as a senior after scoring 80 goals… As a junior, he was named 3rd Team All-CIF, as well as his team’s Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year… Was their Freshman Impact Award recipient his freshman season… While on the swimming team, he specialized in the 100-yard freestyle (56.0) and 100-yard backstroke (1:04)… Spent four years on the water polo team and three years with the swimming team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he scored two fourth quarter goals in the CIF championship game to get his team back in the game… Hobbies include playing the piano… Has four siblings – Ozzy (16), Jessie (15), JC (15) and Mia (9)… Is the son of Eduardo Rodriguez and Angelica Chavez… Born in Anaheim, CA on August 14, 2001…..
