Cerritos College Men’s Cross Country (2022): Posted a 105th place time of 22:38.6 at the Southern California Championships, while he placed 34th at the South Coast Conference Championships in a time of 26:19.0… Finished in 156th place at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 27:58.8, while his time of 23:27.5 put him in 100th place at the Manny Bautista Classic… Finished in 19th place at the Coach Downey Classic in 24:32.2, while his time of 23:15.9 placed him 95th at the SoCal Preview Meet… Took 75th place at the Fresno Invitational with a time of 24:55.0, and started the season with a 76th place finish at the Redlands Invitational in a time of 22:26.0…..

Lakewood HS: While on the track and field team, he was voted the team’s Senior of the Year and was named the Distance Runner of the Year… Competed in the 400 meters (53.0), 800 meters (2:04) and 1600 meters (5:44)… Named their Rising Star after his freshman season… Posted a personal best time of 17:07.0 over a 5K course as a sophomore… Spent three years on the cross country team and four on the track and field team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he posted his personal best time in cross country at the Bell Gardens Invitational as a sophomore… Would like to transfer to Liberty University and aspires to be a mechanical engineer… Hobbies include table top war gaming… Has one sibling – Lincoln (7)… Is the son of Antonio Ortiz and Wendy House… Born in Los Alamitos, CA on January 18, 2004…..
