Cerritos College Men's Track & Field (2023): Will spend the season as a red-shirt.....

El Camino College & Mt. San Antonio College: Attended both schools, but did not compete in track & field…..

Long Beach Poly HS: Was a two-time Moore League champion in the 110-meter HH (14.08), 300-meter IH (38.0) and 400 meters (47.0)… Placed seventh at the state championships in the 300-meter IH as a senior and sixth his sophomore season… Ran a leg of the 1600-meter relay team his freshman season that placed seventh at the state championships… Spent four seasons on the track and field team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he ran his personal best time in the 110-meter HH at the state championships… Would like to transfer to The Ohio State University, Texas Tech University or any Division II school in Texas… Aspires to be an athletic trainer… Comes from a family where everyone played sports… Hobbies include listening to music… Nicknamed “Dee”… Has one brother – Melvin (18)… Is the son of Sherlyn Young… Born in Los Angeles, CA on October 27, 1999…..
