Cerritos College Men’s Track & Field (2022): Ran the first leg of the 400-meter relay team that finished sixth at the CCCAA State Championships, fifth at the Southern California Championships and third at the South Coast Conference Championships… Came in fifth place in the 100 meters (10.87) and sixth in the 200 meters (22.24) at the conference championships…..

Carson HS: Specialized in the 100 meters (11.34)… While on the football team, he was a two-time All-Marine League selection and his team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior… Was a member of the track and field and football teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he posted a time of 11.34 in the 100 meters at the LA City Championships… Hobbies include exploring nature, music and dancing… Nicknamed “Black Dynamite”… Has two siblings – Tyra (23) and Dior (17)… Is the son of Anthony and Sharice Sowell… Born in Los Angeles, CA on September 7, 2003…..
