El Rancho HS: Qualified for the CIF Division II Prelims as a senior and was voted the team’s Most Improved Athlete as a junior… Posted a personal best time of 16:57 over a 5K course his junior season… As a member of the track and field team, he specialized in the 800 meters (2:05), 1600 meters (4:38) and 3200 meters (10:47)… Spent four seasons on the cross country and track and field teams…..
