As part of their non-traditional schedule, the Cerritos College softball team welcomed a travel team from White Rock, British Columbia, Canada on Thursday. The Falcons, who are in the middle of their non-traditional season, have four games remaining, with their final home game at Nancy Kelly on October 21.
The team from Canada, known as the White Rock Renegades, sponsor a series of age-group softball teams, with this being their oldest group.
After the game, both teams were hosted to a dinner by Craig Cameron, owner of The Warehouse, a hitting and workout facility in La Mirada.
