Downey HS: Averaged in double-digit points four seasons in a row, including 17 points a game as a junior and sophomore… Played on two San Gabriel Valley League championship teams… Accounted for three assists and three steals a game as a senior… Voted the team’s Most Improved Player as a junior… Spent four seasons on the basketball team…..
