With the duo of Felix Osorio (Menlo College) and Armando Murillo (North Central, IL College) already signed with their new colleges, the tandem of Stone Robledo and Justin Sawai have both inked with Eastern Oregon University. That runs the total to 38 Falcons wrestlers who have signed with four-year colleges in the last 10 seasons. This past season, Cerritos finished third at the 3C2A STate Championships after placing second at the Southern California Championships and winning the Southern California Team Dual title.

Robledo, who went 12-4 at both 174 pounds and 184 pounds, capped off the year by coming in fifth place in the state championships at 174 pounds, while he finished second at the Southern California Championships. He also won the championship at 174 pounds at the Meathead Movers Tournament and took fourth place at 184 pounds at the Santa Ana Tournament. In his freshman year, Robledo earned All-American honors after placing fourth at the state championships at 174 pounds.

As for Sawai, he went 13-9 at 197 pounds his sophomore season after qualifying for the state championships as a freshman. He reached the finals of the East LA Brawl and the Santa Ana Tournament, but settled for second place at both tournaments.

They will be joining a Mountaineers team that finished 12th at the NAIA National Championships after coming in third place at the Cascade Collegiate Conference.
