After clinching their 11th consecutive South Coast Conference championship, the Cerritos College women's soccer team has been seeded #1 for the upcoming Southern California Regional Playoffs. The four-time defending CCCAA State Champions will open the post-season on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. against the winner of the #16 Bakersfield vs. #17 Mt. San Jacinto game, which will be played on Thursday.

The high-scoring Falcons (19-1-0), who lead the state with 113 goals this season, while allowing just eight goals, have not faced either team this season. They have faced five teams from SoCal that made the post season and are 5-0-0 and have outscored their opponents, 16-2. A win by Cerritos would advance them to the second round for a 2:00 p.m. game next Tuesday.

Tickets to the game are $12 for General Admission and $8 for students (with ID), staff, faculty, senior citizens and children 4-12.
