Cerritos College women's soccer midfielder Victoria Adame, who shared in the team lead with seven goals in 2022, has signed with the University of Antelope Valley. She joins Katie Alexander (Whittier College), Meghan Legayada (Cal State Fullerton), Mary Morales (Westcliff University) and Lauren Vazquez (Cal State Long Beach) that have made their four-year decisions.

Adame and Legayada each scored seven goals last season to lead the Falcons, with Adame starting in 14 of the 16 games in which she appeared. She opened the season with two goals and two assists against Norco College and followed that with a goal and assist against College of the Desert in a pair of wins. Adame then scored goals in three of the final five games of the year, which included tallies in back-to-back games against East Los Angeles College.

As for Legayada, she started off the season with a hat trick against Norco College, and added a goal and assist against Los Angeles Harbor College. She racked up a goal and four assists in consecutive games against East Los Angeles.

Morales (a 2nd team pick as a freshman) and Alexander were both 1st Team All-South Coast Conference South Division selections. Morales had a goal and three assists from her defender position and was also a key part of the team shutting out their last four opponents. As for Alexander, she registered four goals and three assists and used her speed to jump start the offense coming out of their own end. She ahd a pair of assists against College of the Desert in the season opener and posted goals in two of the last three games of the year. Vazquez posted four goals and three assists, which included goals against East Los Angeles in both of their meetings.
