In a season where the Cerritos College women's soccer team posted a 5-12-1 and finished in sixth place in the South Coast Conference, six players were honored with post-season recognition. Leading the list was sophomore goalkeeper Victoria Ruiz (Applied Technology Center HS), who earned 1st Team honors for the second season in a row, while sophomore defender Jaque Adame (North Torrance HS) and freshman defender Deanne Casillas (Warren HS) also received 1st Team honors. Named to the 2nd Team were sophomore midfielder Giselle Ramirez (Smidt Tech HS), along with freshman forwards Genesis Mendoza (Bellflower HS) and Madelynn Jones (Liberty HS).

Ruiz concluded her career by setting a new school record with 241 career saves, which eclipsed the old mark of 237 set by Lorena Nunez during the 1999-2000 season. Ruiz started all 36 games during her career and had three games with double-digit saves. She tied her career-best 15 saves against Sierra College, and also had 14 stops against Pasadena City College and 13 against Mt. San Antonio College. Ruiz also played all but 20 minutes in her career.

Adame, a 1st Team selection in her freshman season of 2021, finished the season with two goals and four assists and was the team's best defensive player. She was also effective when moved to a forward position and posted both of her goals against El Camino College. Casillas, another solid defensive player, started in 14 of the 15 games in which she appeared, but did not record any points. She helped support the defensive cause and was assigned with defending the opposing team's best player.

Ramirez proved the be the team's best passer and led the team with five assists to go with her three goals. She was at her most when controlling the ball and looking for the open player on an offensive push. She scored two of the team's three goals in a 3-0 win over East Los Angeles College and also assisted on a pair of goals in a win over Compton College. Jones was the team's leading scorer with six goals, with two of them being game-winners. She scored twice against Los Angeles City College and Compton College and recorded all of her points in conference play. Mendoza started in all 18 games, and although she didn't record any points, she helped control the midfield and was a key player in both shutting down opponents and helping the team start an offensive push.
