In a season where the Cerritos College volleyball team earned their first win over El Camino College in 15 years and finished fourth at the South Coast Conference Tournament, three of their players were selected to the All-Conference teams. Freshmen Jayda Harris-Amete (La Mirada HS) and Aiyana Sierra (La Mirada HS), who were the leaders at the net for the Falcons this season, were named to the 1st Team, while freshman setter Carissa Mendibles (Downey HS) was a 2nd Team selection.

Carissa Mendibles was named 2nd Team all-conference Harris-Amete, who finished fifth in the conference in kills with 253, recorded 12 matches this season with double-digit kills, which included 26 against El Camino and 23 against Rio Hondo College. She was also second on the team with 248 digs, which put her ninth in the conference and led the team with 28 service aces. As for Sierra, she contributed 162 kills, which was the 12th most in the conference and finished second on the team with 31 total blocks.
