As recently as last year, Sharon Ku was a record-setting All-American goalkeeper for Cerritos College and will be joining the coaching staff for her first season. Ku will be assigned to work with the young goalkeepers this season and help groom them for the season. In her two seasons with the Falcons, Ku was also named All-State, All-Southern California and 1st Team All-South Coast Conference. She recorded 270 saves as a sophomore, which broke the school record of 258 she set during her freshman season, while posting 47 steals and recording eight assists as a sophomore.

A graduate of Cerritos High School, Ku helped her team win a pair of CIF Championships in water polo and was named 2nd Team All-CIF and 1st Team All-San Gabriel Valley League her senior season after posting 313 saves on the season. She was also a member of the swimming team in high school and with Cerritos College.

Ku graduated from Cerritos College with a degree in psychology and is now attending school at Cal State Fullerton, where she is majoring in psychology with an emphasis in sociology.
