Santa Fe HS: Did not compete during her senior season due to Covid-19… Was a two-time CIF Qualifier and was named All-Del Rio League as a junior… Posted a personal best time of 19:07 over a 5K course… Voted the team’s Fastest Freshman… While on the track and field team, she competed in the 200 meters (27.0), 400 meters (1:05), 800 meters (2:30), 1600 meters (5:40) and 3200 meters (13:00)… Was a member of the cross country and track and field teams for four seasons…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when she posted her best cross country time at the league championships, when she ran a 5K race in 19:10 with just one shoe and when she recorded a mile time of 5:40 after two consecutive 6:00 mile timings… Would like to transfer to UC Santa Barbara, San Diego State or San Francisco State… Aspires to be either a therapist or social worker… Her sisters Lily(25) and Yvette (22) competed in cross country in high school… Hobbies include writing… Has another sister – Maritza (14)… Nicknamed “Trace”… Is the daughter of Saul and Norma Acevedo… Born in Inglewood, CA on January 11, 2003…..
