Cerritos College Men’s Soccer (2012): Named 2nd Team All-South Coast Conference… Played in 21 games and tied for the team lead with 10 goal and added six assists to lead the team with 26 points… Had two goals and as assist against EC-Compton Center, while scoring single goals in eight other games…..

Los Angeles Harbor College (2011): Attended Los Angeles Harbor College, but did not play soccer…..

Torrance HS: Played for PVSC, Fram, South Bay Force, Pateadores Academy and LA Galaxy Academy club teams… Did not play soccer in high school his senior and junior years… Played for the LA Galaxy Academy as a senior and helped them win a national championship… Was a member of the U18 National Team his junior season… Named 1st Team All-Pioneer League as a sophomore after scoring 15 goals with 12 assists, while he was a 2nd Team all-league pick his freshman year…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he got a chance to play high school soccer for two seasons before moving on to play academy his final two years, and leading the Falcons in scoring his freshman year… Would like to transfer to Cal Poly Pomona, Vanguard University, Westmont College, Concordia University or Cal State Los Angeles… Hobbies include reading and lifting weights… Has one brother – Jeffrey (17)… Is the son of Jose and Yolanda Rivera… Born in Torrance, CA on October 12, 1993…..
