Now in her seventh year on the coaching staff is Jenel Guadagno, who concluded her collegiate career at Point Loma Nazarene University in 2010, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education. From 2007-08, Guadagno was a two-time 1st Team All-South Coast Conference selection at shortstop for the Falcons, while she earned All-Southern California recognition. She helped lead the team to the state championship game two years in a row, while they won the title her sophomore year. In that year, she batted .394 with 48 RBI and 21 stolen bases.

A two-year starter at Point Loma, Guadagno batted .349 her junior year with 10 doubles, 37 RBI and 21 stolen bases, while she followed that campaign by hitting .276 with 23 RBI as a senior. As a prep athlete at Warren High, Guadagno was named the San Gabriel Valley League’s Most Valuable Player, the school’s Athlete of the Year her senior year and was named to the Press Telegram Dream Team. She helped them win two league titles and they advanced to the CIF championship game and was a three-time all-league pick.

Guadagno completed her Master’s Degree from Concordia University in Irvine and is currently teaching classes at Cerritos College.
