Cerritos College Women’s Track & Field (2016): Spent the season as a red-shirt…..

Cerritos College Women’s Track & Field (2015): Ran the third leg of the 4x100-meter relay team that came in second place at the CCCAA State Championships, as well as the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that took fourth place… Also qualified for the state championships in the high jump after coming in third place at the Southern California Championships… Helped the 4x100-meter relay team win the Southern California championship… Also qualified for the Southern California Championships in the 100-meter HH and 200 meters after coming in second place in the 100-meter HH and eighth place in the 200 meters at the South Coast Conference Championships… Competed in the heptathlon (3864 points) and posted personal best marks in the 200 meters (25.15), 800 meters (2:34.90), 100-meter HH (14.75), high jump (1.61 meters), long jump (5.08 meters), shot put (8.17 meters) and javelin (27.16 meters)…..

Montebello HS: Set the school’s long jump (17’ 7”) record as a senior and was a member of the Almont League championship 400-meter relay and 1600-meter relay teams… Also placed second in the long jump and high jump… Voted the team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and junior, while she received the Field Athlete of the Year Award as a sophomore and freshman… Ran a leg of 400-meter relay league championship teams as a junior and sophomore, and also won the long jump title as a sophomore and freshman… Also competed in the 100 meters (12.5) and 200 meters (26.6)… Was a member of the track and field and volleyball teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she set the school’s long jump record and when she posted her personal best results… Would like to transfer to Cal State Dominguez Hills, Cal State San Bernardino, Cal State Long Beach or Cal State Los Angeles and aspires to be a either a sheriff or probation officer… Hobbies include painting and poetry… Nicknamed “Bounce”… Has four siblings – Ashley (21), Sunshine (17), Anthony (13) and Sebastian (12)… Is the daughter of Anthony Navarro and Alba Ponce… Born in Montebello, CA on November 20, 1995…..
