Downey HS: Was a member of four consecutive San Gabriel Valley League championship teams while specializing in the shot put (34’) and discus (110’)… As a member of the water polo team, they won a pair of league championships and reached the CIF championship game her senior year… Also played a year of basketball and they won the league title…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she posted her personal best distances… Would like to transfer to UCLA and aspires to be a juvenile law attorney… Her had was a three-sport athlete, while her mom competed in volleyball… Hobbies include going to the beach and is a certified life guard… Has two brothers – David (22) and Samuel (15) who are both multi-sport athletes… Nicknamed “Bean”… Is the son of David and Alicia Casillas…..
