Cerritos College Track & Field (2016): Placed eighth in the heptathlon at the CCCAA State Championships (3779 points) after coming in fourth place at the Southern California Championships… Came in second place in the 800 meters (2:24.54) in the heptathlon at the state championships… Also competed in the 200 meters (27.85), 100-meter HH (16.08), 400-meter IH (1:07.68), high jump (1.41 meters), long jump (4.51 meters), shot put (7.94 meters) and javelin (31.49 meters)…..

El Rancho HS: Won the Del Rio League championship in the 300-meter IH (47.2) as a senior and junior and took second place as a freshman… Helped the team win the league championship as a senior and sophomore… Also competed in the 100-meter HH (17.2), 400 meters (1:01.0), 800 meters (2:22.0) and long jump (16’ 2”)… Voted the team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior and junior and their Most Improved Played her sophomore season… Spent four years on the track and field and volleyball teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was her performance at the Walnut Invitational… Would like to transfer to USC and aspires to be either a physical therapist or athletic trainer… Speaks Spanish and French… Her sister Evelyn competed in track and field at El Rancho High… Also has one brother – Brandon… Hobbies include going to the gym and modeling… Is the daughter of Lareto and Josefina Burgos… Born in Hollywood, CA on October 23, 1997…..
