Cerritos College Cross Country (2012): Placed 33rd at the South Coast Conference Championships in a time of 21:17.11 and helped the team win the title… Raced to a 12th place finish at the Grand Canyon Invitational with a time of 25:28.5, while he came in 10th place with a time of 20:35.00 at the Lou Vasquez Invitational… Finished in 22nd place at the Orange Coast Classic in a time of 21:30.51, while his time of 27:33.4 earned him a 71st place at the Mark Covert Classic…..

Cerritos College Cross Country (2011):
Competed in the State Championships and came in 63rd place with a time of 21:23.62 after placing 60th at the Southern California Championships in a time of 21:34.33… His time of 24:37.0 put him in 60th place at the South Coast Conference Championships, while his time of 22:31 at the Santa Barbara Invitational earned him a 13th place finish… Also finished in 52nd place at the SoCal Preview Meet in 22:06.15, with his time of 27:37.20 in the 8K race at the Commodore Invitational earned him an 88th place finish…..

El Dorado HS:
Won the league championship in the 1600 meters as a sophomore with a time of 4:25.33, while he won the frosh/soph league championship as a freshman in the 1600 meters… Posted a personal best time of 4:19 as a junior… Also competed in the 800 meters (1:58.47) and 3200 meters (9:45)…..Helped the cross country team win the Century League and Orange County Division III cross country championship his junior year… Was a two-time all-league selection… Posted a personal best time of 15:10 as a junior…

Personal:
Most memorable moment was when he won the league championship in cross country with a time of 15:10 in the three-mile race… Aspires to be a high school cross country coach… Hobbies include playing video games and running… Nicknamed “Tommie”… Has two siblings – Matt (36) and Aubrey (32)… Is the son of Tom and Lilia Poston… Born on November 13, 1992…..
