Bell Gardens HS: Named 1st Team All-Almont League in the discus (155’ 11”) after setting a new school record… Also won the West Covina Invitational championship… Voted the team’s Most Improved Player in the shot put and discus as a junior and was selected 2nd Team all-league… Spent two seasons on the track and field team and one year on the basketball team…..
