Cerritos College Men’s Soccer (2017): Appeared in 24 games and started 12 times… Finished fourth on the team with six goals, while adding six assists and tied for third with 18 points… Had a pair of goals against Citrus College and posted a pair of assists against Pasadena City College and Los Angeles Harbor College… Scored the team’s goal in their 1-1 CCCAA State Semifinal game against Taft College…..

Cal State Northridge: Attended Cal State Northridge, but did not play soccer…..

Lennox Academy: Played for Beach FC, Pateadores, South Bay Galaxy and Strikers Academy club teams… Was a 1st Team All-Coastal League selection as a freshman, as well as the team’s Most Valuable Player and captain… Recorded 20 goals and 22 assists… Helped his high school team win the CIF Division VII championship his junior season… Named 2nd Team all-league… Spent three years on the soccer team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he played at Cate High his freshman year and saw their undefeated season end with a 1-0 loss against several future professional players… Aspires to pursue a career in music… Hobbies include watching movies, playing the piano and bass… Nicknamed “Paye”… His cousin Jeffrey played for the Falcons and then played professionally for Municipal de Guatemala, while his brother Eric (19) was his teammate last season… Has two other siblings – Elvis (24) and Mayte (9)… Is the son of Silvia and Elvi Payeras… Born in East Los Angeles, CA on April 22, 1996…..
