La Serna HS: As a senior, he was named the CIF Player of the Year and California-Hawaii All-American, as well as being selected to the All-Area All-Star Game… Voted his team’s Most Valuable Player after helping lead them to the CIF Division III championship and Del Rio League championship… Earned 2nd Team All-CIF honors his junior year, as well as being named the league’s Co-MVP and all-league… Helped the team win the league title… Picked up 3rd Team All-CIF recognition his sophomore season, as well as the Coach’s Award after guiding the team to the league championship… Team also won the league title his freshman year, as he was named 2nd Team All-CIF and their Most Improved Player… While on the swimming team his sophomore year, he won the league championship in the 100-yard freestyle (50.91) and swam a leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that reached the CIF Championships… Team also won the league title…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he was named the CIF Player of the Year and All-American, as well as when he made 22 saves against Palos Verdes High and 16 stops against Villa Park High… All of his siblings played sports… Hobbies include going camping… Has five siblings – Mathew (38), Danielle (31), Megan (29), Jamie (27) and Courtney (25)… Is the son of David and Yasmin Jenkins… Born in Whittier, CA on July 23, 2000…..
