Cerritos College Men’s Water Polo (2018): Played in 12 games and posted three goals, three assists and six steals… Recorded two goals and two steals against Southwestern College and followed that with a goal and a pair of steals against San Diego Miramar College…..

Cerritos College Men’s Swimming (2019): Competed in the 50-yard freestyle (22.86), 50-yard butterfly (27.23), 50-yard backstroke (35.16), 100-yard freestyle (51.65), 100-yard backstroke (1:10.93), 200-yard freestyle (1:57.56), 200-yard backstroke (2:37.04) and 500-yard freestyle (6:00.82) during the season…..

Downey HS: Spent four seasons on the water polo and swimming teams… Specialized in the 50-yard freestyle (23.3) and 100-yard freestyle (52.41)… Was a member of four straight San Gabriel Valley League championship swimming teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moments were when he posted his personal best times… Would like to transfer to Pepperdine University… Hobbies include playing the guitar… Nicknamed “Matt”… Has three siblings – Marc (20), Madeline (11) and Max (5)… Is the son of Miguel and Rocio Farias… Born in Long Beach, CA on October 19, 2000…..
