Now in his sixth season as a member of the Cerritos water polo coaching staff is David Argumosa. He served as the Head Coach of Aquatics at Schurr High School from 2012-2024, Argumosa was also water polo player and swimmer for the Falcons from 1994-95.

His coaching career also includes three seasons as an assistant coach on both the men’s and women’s water polo staff at the University of La Verne, while he was also an assistant coach at Montebello High from 2003-12. During his time at Montebello, Argumosa served as an assistant coach for eight seasons under current Falcons women's head coach Sergio Macias.

Argumosa earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Whittier College in 2016 and earned a Master's of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne in 2020. Born in Long Beach, Argumosa, 49, currently resides in La Puente.
