Cerritos College Women’s Basketball (2012-13): Appeared in 21 games and averaged 2.3 points a game… Scored a season-high nine points against ECC Compton Center and followed that with seven points against El Camino College… Was a combined 5-for-6 on three-pointers in those games… Also had five points against Grossmont College, Rio Hondo College and in another game against ECC Compton Center… Dished out two assists in five different games…..

Santa Fe HS: Named 1st Team All-Area and 1st Team All-Del Rio League as a senior after averaging 12 points, eight assists and six rebounds… Also voted her team’s Most Valuable Player… Accounted for eight points, six assists and five rebounds her junior year to earn 2nd Team all-league honors… Selected all-league honorable mention as a sophomore… Spent four years on the basketball team and was coached by former Cerritos women’s basketball assistant coach Matt Zamora…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she won the game against La Serna High with a half-court shot… Would like to transfer to Cal State Los Angeles and aspires to be a teacher… Her aunt Trisha Lozano played basketball at Whittier College… Hobbies include swimming and singing… Has two siblings – Joseph (21) and Jillian (17)… Nicknamed “Jackie”… Is the daughter of Joe and Susie Saiza… Born in Downey, CA on December 1, 1994…..
