Long Beach Poly HS: Was a four-time All-Moore League selection… Qualified for the Masters Meet at 170 pounds after placing third at the CIF Championships… Came in second place at the Tournament of Champions, fifth at the El Dorado Tournament and eighth at the Five Counties Meet… Finished the season with a 36-12 record… Earned the Most Improved Wrestler as a junior and went 30-5 on the year… Received the Captain’s Award his sophomore and freshman seasons, while posting a combined 57-4 record…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he recorded an escape with one second left to win a match at the Five Counties Meet… Aspires to be a fire fighter… Comes from a family where everyone wrestled… Hobbies include working out… Has five siblings… Is the son of Leslie Barnes and Roxanne Walker… Born in Long Beach, CA on September 22, 1995…..
