Redondo Union HS: Posted a 25-3 record as a senior competing at 145 and 152 pounds… Named his team’s Most Valuable Player and received the Best Senior Award and Coaches Award… Won the Riverside Poly Tournament, while coming in second at the Black Watch Tournament and third at the Brute Classic and Downey Invitational… As a junior, he won the Bay League championship at 145 pounds and was voted the team’s MVP and received the Best Junior Award… Went 25-10 and recorded the most wins and most pins on the team… Voted their MVP as a sophomore and went 20-13 with the most pins on the team…..
