Cerritos College Wrestling (2013): Qualified for the State Tournament at 165 pounds, but dropped both of his matches and was eliminated… Placed seventh at the Southern California Championships, and earned the spot at the state tournament with an injury default win in the challenge match… Spent most of the year at 174 pound and finished with a 25-7 record, while he was 1-4 at 165 pounds and 2-0 at 184 pounds… Won the 174-pound title at the East LA Brawl by going 3-0 and came in third place at the Fresno City Open… Went 4-1 at the Lassen Tournament to come in third place and won three of his four matches at the Southern Duals… Also finished in third place at the Santa Ana Tournament and West Hills Tournament with 4-1 records…..

Los Alamitos HS: Named All-Orange County as a senior… Came in fourth at the Five Counties Tournament, as well as the Masters Meet… Was part of three straight Sunset League championship teams…..
