Fountain Valley HS: Helped his team to the CIF Championship as a senior, while they won four straight Sunset League championships… Took third at the league championships and eighth at the Freak Show Tournament at 285 pounds… Spent four years on the wrestling team and competed at 220 pounds in three of those seasons…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he pinned the fifth-seeded wrestler at the Five Counties Tournament… Hobbies include camping… Nicknamed “Alex”… Has two siblings – Ricky (27) and Nicholas (15)… Is the son of Richard and Sandra Damschen… Born in Long Beach, CA on March 10, 1997…..
