West Valley HS: High school his located in Hemet… Was a two-time State qualifier and won the CIF Championship and Mountain Pass League championship at 145 pounds as a senior and junior… Went 55-6 as a senior and 50-5 his junior season… Qualified for CIF as a sophomore at 132 pounds… Voted his team’s Most Valuable Player three years in a row and was their captain for two seasons… Placed third at the Temecula Captured the county championship his junior season… Spent four years on the wrestling team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was winning the CIF championship two years in a row and being the only one from his school to qualify for the State tournament… Nicknamed “Jaguar”… Has two siblings – Michael (22) and Andrew (9)… Is the son of Marcelino and Maria Hernandez… Born in Los Angeles, CA on June 6, 1997…..
