Long Beach Poly HS: Won the Moore League championship at 195 pounds as a senior, was named 3rd Team All-CIF and selected to the Press Telegram Dream Team… Finished in the top 15 in the state and voted his team’s Most Valuable Player… Took third place at the Tournament of Champions… Posted a 33-5 record on the year… Earned 1st Team all-league honors as a junior after reaching the finals of the league championships at 184 pounds… Garnered his team’s Most Improved Wrestler Award and was their MVP… Recorded a 34-10 mark while competing at 172 and 184 pounds… Won the league championship his sophomore and freshman years… Was also a member of the basketball, soccer and football teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was being ranked in the top 15 in the state… Would like to transfer to Menlo College… Hobbies include surfing and skating… Nicknamed “Tamo”… Has three siblings – Jessica (22), Daniel (20) and Mia (3)… Is the son of Luis and Adriana Martinez… Born in Long Beach, CA on June 9 1996…..
