Lawndale HS: Was a two-time CIF Qualifier and placed second in the league championships as a senior and junior… Came in first place at a Freestyle Tournament and fourth place at 132 pounds at the Asics Tournament… Spent three years on the wrestling team and one year with the basketball, football, track and field and cross country teams…..
