In his second stint as a member of the coaching staff, Justin Paulsen previously coached with the Falcons from 2012-13.

Justin Paulsen competed collegiately at Stanford University, where he qualified for the NCAA Championships at 133 pounds as a senior, but was defeated in both of his matches, while he also qualified as a junior. A four-year letterman at Stanford, Paulsen prepped at Calvary Chapel High School, where he was a two-time CIF Champion and won the Masters championship as a senior. He won the Pacific Coast league championship four years in a row and placed in the top three at the State Championships three years in a row.

Paulsen earned his Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in Science, Technology and Society.
